Opened in May 2007 in Gotanda, Tokyo as a contemporary art gallery, Gallery Teo is managed by the oldest auction company in Japan, Est-Ouest Auctions Co., Ltd, and aims to introduce large-scale Japanese and international artists selected by experienced judges who are well-versed in the art market. Gallery Teo has a unique approach in that it handles artworks independently of the auction business of their mother company. The large -200㎡/ 2,151 sq. ft. - gallery space, full of natural light, is suitable for the exhibition of contemporary art works in various forms. The among the represented artists are; Philippe Cognee, motoshi chikamori++kyoko kunoh, Jean-Pierre Raynaud, Lee Bae, Rokkaku Ayako, Natsuko Taniguchi, Oscar Oiwa, AKI INOMATA, Aki Toiya, Francoise Petrovitch, Hiroki Yasutomi, cui xiuwen, Naoto Kumagai, Etsuko Miura, and Paolo Grassino.
