The present owner, who gained experience as a master printer in the print atelier "ULAE" in NY, opened KIDO Press, Inc. in 2002 as a new style atelier in Japan, working on projects, production, publication and sales of print work. It mainly handles lithographs and copper engraving by contemporary artists, and introduces remarkable print works from both Japan and overseas through exhibitions, art fairs and publications.

Among the represented artists are Kiki Smith, MAYA MAXX, Kae Higuchi, Yusuke Tsuchiya, Kumi Machida, O JUN, Atsushi Suwa, Tokuro Sakamoto, Yuki　Onodera, and Terry Winters.
