Our memories are flowing and changing in our mind, and would disappear someday. But even after it disappeared, the existence of " me " is still made of all the passed things. Kawabe Arisa is originally a sculptor excelled in the technique of substantial molding. But In this exhibition, she gives a fluctuation to her sculpture works, using the illusional elements of video or photograph, and also movements by mechanical instruments. Thus she tries to express non-substantial elements as " time ", " move " or " ambiguity ", which both our conscience and body essentially hold, and challenges the theme of " memories ".
