Taka Ishii Gallery is pleased to announce our third solo exhibition with Hiroe Saeki. Within her body of work, which is characterized by bold compositions and delicate images, we will present new drawings marked by fresh variation.

Into her impressive works which are characterized by blank spaces, an impression of concentration yet openness blends in. By drawing carefully every single detail with a mechanical pencil, letting her senses flow and leaving everything to her hands, she is extending her oeuvre.
Scenes of nature and geometrical forms, very mysterious looking things that are emerging, growing from the top of the scene, look as if they will disperse into the white space.
