Karatsu ceramics by Takashi, Taki and Hanako Nakazato, meets European food culture produced by Frederik Jensen

In the French restaurant "Répertoire" in Hotel Seiyo Ginza (Ginza, Tokyo), Karatsu ceramics produced by Takashi, Taki and Hanako Nakazato, were showcased by the table coordination by Danish food artists, Frederik Jensen on March 6.

The Karatsu ceramic art developed in Karatsu City of Saga, and is specified for the Japanese traditional craft art. Takashi, Taki and Hanako Nakazato (managed by Gallery Ichiban-kan) are the artists that represent today's Karatsu ceramic art.

Frederik Jensen, born in Denmark and currently based in Tokyo, is a food artist who has supervised the set up of DENMARK THE ROYAL CAFE in Ginza Mitsukoshi and Nicolai Bergmann Nomu in Omotesando, Tokyo.
