arthorymen was born in Kumamoto in 1973. The way of cartoon-like drawings and paintings are recognized as he was awarded YUKO HASEGAWA PRIZE and the bronze prize at GEISAI#8. After that, he was selected as a finalist at tokyo wonder seed 2009, held a group exhibition "art index in Kumamoto" (CONTEMPORARY ART MUSEUM KUMAMOTO, Kumamoto) and more other exhibitions.

"HORYMAN" is a zombie with three eyes and stitching all over his body. HORYMAN was created by an artist arthorymen, influenced by Jesus Christ, punk, devil and Frankenstein monster. Because HORYMAN is a zombie, he can’t die and roves the globe for 2000 years. arthorymen creates stories, draws, paints, records groaning voice and photographs to express world-view and atmosphere of HORYMAN. The art works about HORYMAN have been created 1-3.1 within 5 years from 2005-2010.

At this exhibition, there will be exhibited new works.
