O Gallery and O Gallery UP S opened in Ginza 8-chome, Tokyo, in 1995, and in April 2007 relocated to Ginza 1-chome.

In September 1999, O Gallery eyes opened in Nishi-tenman, Osaka, to introduce the contemporary artists not only to Tokyo area, but also in other areas of Japan. It holds exhibitions chiefly of paintings by a variety artists, from emerging names to veterans. To make a full use of the network in Tokyo and Osaka, the galleries in Tokyo and Osaka co-hold exhibitions of the same artist. So far, they have held more than 60 group exhibitions on various concepts in painting and art. This is a gallery in which we can appreciate the energy and attitudes of contemporary art.

Among the represented artists are Kazushi Kusakabe, Yasue Kodama, Moeko Tawara, Takashi Tomikura, Masumi Nakaoka, Enk De Kramer, and Fujii Furansowa.
