It is Kenichi Kanazawa's solo exhibition of 'Layer' series by iron sculptures and an image work 'Scenery of iron and heat' (2005-2010). The image work which takes a picture of the scenery caused when heat is put on iron, gives a sense of plasticity of iron. On the other hand, the sculpture of iron put on floor ‘Layer - Point/noise』(2010) gives an inorganic impression with the smooth luster of the metal. Kanazawa presents the phase of different iron by exhibiting various characters of the material of iron in a sculpture and an image.
