Izumi has been working under the name “Kon Izumi” from 2002 to 2007. Her recent works include a series of “Booksisters” at which project the artist explorers the field of fictitious “sisters” story which starts to intaract with their real lives. At this exhibition Izumi will present the visual works of the sisters and paintings inspired by the belongings of the “sisters”, as well as the installation work reconstructing the gathering of the Booksisters.
