Group exhibition by Makoto Terauchi (b. 1980), Akane Terashima (b. 1980), Megumi Nagase (b. 1984).

This exhibition will show "somewhere about there" of each artists' point of view.

Makoto Terauchi's (born in 1980) drawings are dreamlike and visional which are constructed by fragments of memory he finds out in daily life. These fragments are just offshot figments from actuality, but reality of our sense is much real than actuality or even real experience.

Akane Terashima (born in 1980) draws acrylic paints which makes us feeling as if we have seen or known scene. This may be because her drawings are full of kindness like picture-book scenery. Animals appear in her works very often, grassland shining gold and threatening eyes gleaming in dark night make us some kind of deja vu.

Megumi Nagase's (born in 1984) main theme of photo works is discovering a co-dependency of bright and dark sides, like co-existance of birth and death at the same time. Her lens roves to see the light and barely catches aspects. Her photography looks melancholic because the scenary and human's memory are conected somewhere.

The memory naturally people have resonates, so we may feel nostalgia with seeing unacquainted place.
"there."
