MOMAW Summer Museum Project is designed for both adults and children to learn how to enjoy art during the summer vacation. The sixth show digs into the theme: Records and Recollection.

Happy, glad, sad and painful… we all should have various memories. Special events like a school recital, excursions and a family trip would be recollected, but piles of everyday happenings can stay in our minds too. On the other hand, we have forgotten many things. Then, what can we do in order to keep things remembered? We keep diaries, take photos or try other ways to record. Such records left behind can recall our forgotten memories.

Do you know what and how the place you live used to be? The exhibition starts by tracing the memories and recollection of places and locations. Our selves, family and close people are the next aspects. Can you imagine how various objects have records and recollection? Social events are what we have to record and recollect. All kinds of records and recollection can be found in art works.
