Kim Hak-il is an artist who lives in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea. He actively holds exhibitions in and outside of Korea. And this is his 2nd solo exhibition in Tokyo since 2014. Making an effective and skillful use of Korean paper, Indian ink and pigment ink he creates material feels and images that bring out his traditions and background climate. And he expresses nature’s diversity and daintiness by his thoughtful and sharpened artistic structures.
