This exhibition shows two artists' works featuring the theme of "the face" of the person.

Ichikawa Shinya draws faces of men, which might look like casual illustrations at a glance. But we would increasingly recognize that he is not describing personal characters but is trying to visualize the sense of one's presence itself, and earnestly searching for everlasting eidolon of the male face.

On the other hand, Miyamoto Nanami pays attention to the ambiguity of the relation or the distance between two persons, which shakes every moment every day. Especially he focuses on the unstable balance of the two who can be both " friends " and " lovers " , and verify it to be concrete by taking portrait pictures.

Thus two artists' contrastive viewpoints about human relations, eternity and ambiguity, cross each other in this show.
